This means they do not accept tax payer funded income to run their operation. The USCIS has reported that applications to the USCIS are down nearly fifty percent. Furthermore, the USCIS is discussing raising fees to pay for the current staffing levels. If you have an application or benefit you would like to file with the USCIS, now is the time to do it.
