DACA, the USCIS, and Immigration Court: The Department of Homeland Security released a memo yesterday clarifying that new DACA applications will not be accepted. Only those who currently have DACA and are applying for renewals will be allowed to submit applications with the USCIS for renewal. On a further note, Immigration Courts are beginning to reopen. Most are open and in operation. All with limited exceptions are accepting filing.
